Violent male criminal targets vulnerable female inmate

British police and courts appear to be completely captivated by trans ideology.  A police press release titled, ‘Woman convicted of historic offences against children in Sussex’ has received a massive backlash from the community as it was revealed the offender is in fact male. The crimes were extensive and violent. John Stephen Dixon committed 30 sexual assaults and was jailed for 20 years. He now claims to be a woman and goes by the name Sally Ann Dixon. Throughout the four-week trial, the prosecutor referred to Dixon by the male pronoun when alluding to the sex offences — without any objection from the defence. However, when Dixon was found guilty, she was sentenced as a woman and sent to a female prison. Dixon does not possess a Gender Recognition Certificate, yet is being housed with 500 female inmates at a women's prison and police refer to him as ‘her’. It brought a sharp rebuke from Home Secretary Suella Braverman, who bluntly told the force that it should stop ‘playing identity politics and denying biology’. In less than three months Dixon began a sexual relationship with a fellow inmate who has  ‘learning difficulties’ and mental health issues. He was consequently moved to another wing but not removed from the prison.  ‘The prisoner was vulnerable so we managed to get Dixon moved,’ said the source. Given her catalogue of crimes, we might think she would wish to lie low. Not so, says our informant. ‘Dixon was very outspoken about being transgender. There were a few instances when it was reported she had made inappropriate comments to some of the female prisoners, and possibly staff. ‘The comments were sexual stuff, flirtatious stuff. Once Dixon was allowed to associate with everyone else, it was very hard to keep an eye on her. She was told she wasn’t allowed to go into people’s rooms, but once they are unlocked we don’t have the staff to follow her around constantly.’ Transgender prisoners represent just 0.2 per cent of inmates in the UK. The privileges they enjoy for appropriating the opposite sex are incredible.  Prison staff must communicate with them in ways that respect their gender, they are entitled to shower alone, have separate cells, and choose their own clothing. Privileges that would have been denied to John Stephen Dixon, and which Sally Ann Dixon is doubtless eager to exploit. ‘Staff do not like it. The ones that come [trans prisoners] have a history of sexually abusing others, or they come with male genitalia. We just don’t have the capacity to ensure the safety of the women.’ Police made matters much worse when responding to the outrage on Twitter. They wrote,  ‘Hi, Sussex Police do not tolerate any hateful comments towards their gender identity [sic] regardless of crimes committed. This is irrelevant to the crime that has been committed and investigated.’  The Home Secretary intervened, urging the police to ‘focus on catching criminals not policing pronouns.’ The tweet has since been deleted. Binary spokeswoman Kirralie Smith said biology matters and must be respected. “The victims of these sexual assaults know all too well Dixon is male,” she said. “It is his biological reality that has caused just deep trauma for the victims. Pretending he is a ‘she’ is insulting and adds to the trauma. “Female inmates are already vulnerable and should not be exposed to a violent male criminal in prison. “It is dangerous and inappropriate. “The UK police need to stop defending violent and confused males for the sake of ‘inclusion.’ It is time for a reality check. Biology matters and no amount of appropriation can change the facts.”

Muslim inmate claims Trans guard violated his religious rights

The contest between two ideologies – Islam and transgender – has been decided by a federal court in the US. Rufus West, a Muslim man convicted of armed robbery, objected to be strip searched by a female appropriating manhood, and won. The court found his religious rights were violated. Rufus West, a 51-year-old Muslim man convicted in 1995 of armed robbery, said that the strip search took place in 2016 inside of the Green Bay Correctional Institution. Isaac Buhle, a trans male guard in the prison, was asked to observe the strip search while another guard conducted it. In his 2017 lawsuit against the prison, West said that he felt “panic” at Buhle seeing him naked because he believes that Buhle is actually a woman, Courthouse News explained. It is against his religion, he said, for anyone other than his wife to see him naked. His initial request to never again be strip searched by a female was denied. West’s lawsuit was initially thrown out in 2019 by a Democrat-appointed federal judge who said that West’s religious belief about Buhle’s gender didn’t outweigh the guard’s right to identify and be treated as a man in the workplace. Wisconsin Assistant Attorney General Brian Keenan argued that according to Islam, no one should see a person’s naked body, so West was just being transphobic by singling out the trans man. Keenan added that not allowing a trans officer to perform a job duty because of their gender identity could violate Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as the 2020 Supreme Court case Bostock v. Clayton County found that anti-trans discrimination in the workplace is a form of sex discrimination. West appealed and a three-judge panel found the prison “had placed an unconstitutional burden on West’s practice of religion.” “There’s no dispute that his objection to cross-sex strip searches is both religious in nature and sincere. The prison has substantially burdened his religious exercise by requiring him to either submit to cross-sex strip searches in violation of his faith or face discipline,” the ruling states. The panel also said that Buhle would face no harm by “such an insignificant change in job duties.” The court also ruled that West was protected by the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act of 2000, and that he could pursue a claim in lower courts that the strip-search was “unreasonable” under Fourth Amendment constitutional protections. The court’s ruling bars any trans individuals in participating in West’s strip searches henceforth. Binary spokeswoman Kirralie Smith said no one should be subjected to searches by members of the opposite sex. “Strip searches are sometimes necessary when dealing with prisoners, they can be degrading and humiliating, and there is no need for anyone to be subjected to searches by the opposite sex,” she said.  “Appropriating the opposite sex via name changes, costumes, drug taking, or surgery may change the outward appearance of a person, it doesn’t change the reality of sex.  “Regardless of religious beliefs, no one should have to endure such a violation.”

Girls banned from their own bathroom

Randolph Union High School in the US has reportedly banned 10 girls from using the female bathroom after they objected to changing with a biological male.  The girl’s female volleyball team were told they could use a single stall toilet to change if they felt uncomfortable. The school appears to be more concerned about one boy’s feelings than the girl’s privacy and dignity, launching an investigation into their objection.  Students have been encouraged by their parents to speak out about the situation. "My mom wants me to do this interview to try to make a change," female volleyball player Blake Allen told the outlet. "I feel like, for stating my opinion -- that I don’t want a biological man changing with me -- that I should not have harassment charges or bullying charges. They should all be dropped." Allen added that when students have gone to the school about their concerns, they have been told that state law allows for transgender students to change in the locker room based on their gender identity. Officials reportedly told parents that the school provides "plenty of space where students who feel uncomfortable with the laws may change in privacy." "They want all the girls who feel uncomfortable -- so pretty much 10 girls -- to get changed in a single-stall bathroom, which would take over 30 minutes. Where if one person got changed separately, it would take a minute, like no extra time," Allen told WCAX-TV. The relevant school policy states, the "use of restrooms and locker rooms by transgender students requires schools to consider numerous factors" while also saying that a "transgender student should not be required to use a locker room or restroom that conflicts with the student’s gender identity." Binary spokeswoman Kirralie Smith said the policy is detrimental to females. “Transgender policies are at odds with female sex-based rights,” she said. “Privacy and dignity should be awarded based on biological reality, not ideological fantasy.  “Boys can use the single stall room and leave the girls alone. It is common sense and it is the only right and respectful solution.”
