Announcing our special south east Queensland book tour of Devastated: How gender ideology is tearing Australian families apart.

Melinda Officer, who features in chapter 4 of the book, will share her experience of losing both her husband and daughter to gender ideology. The devastation and pain this gracious and beautiful woman experienced as a result of the deceptive ideology is hard to comprehend. 

In the book Melinda writes the following about her husband, formerly her childhood sweetheart.

For what seemed like years, I listened while he fought the thoughts in his head, and the impact they were having on him. During those months, all I remember are the words ‘become a eunuch’, ‘surgery’, ‘no sex anymore’, ‘transgender’, and ‘a new name.’ I wondered what these words and phrases meant, and what to do with the fog of confusion that was beginning to cloud my mind and heart.

As I write, I feel physically ill at the memories of this time, of our home, the church we attended, my job and our family. These all became lost to me because of this one decision of his.

It seemed like overnight, he transformed from male to female…. marriage and children were just a facade that he had put on.

As my husband’s voice of transgender became louder, my voice of truth was silenced. 

Melinda also writes about her now adult daughter who has ASD.

I have never heard my daughter tell me she was transgender, I only see it by the testosterone she takes daily, the lowering of her voice, the protruding voice box, the muscles on her shoulders mixed with feminine softness, the angular jawline and the removal of her breasts. That last one makes me feel ill and want to scream.

Melinda’s story will fill you with compassion and sadness, as it mirrors thousands of others around the country.

Sall Grover will also join us for an event in Tweed Heads and in Brisbane. Sall is an incredible champion for truth and reality. Her battle at the Federal Court level is ongoing and she refuses to waiver.
