US Supreme Court upholds ban on men in women’s sport

The US Supreme Court has upheld a ruling to exclude males from female sport. A clear majority of judges acknowledged the reality that no human can change sex.

The court’s 6-to-3 ruling deals with laws from West Virginia and Idaho but has implications for the 25 other states with similar restrictions, and for athletes who compete in school and collegiate sports nationwide.

This does not mean an automatic ban for all males in female sport in America. What it does mean is that states who do ban males are well within their rights to do so.

The Constitution and Title IX “do not require an overhaul of women’s and girls’ sports throughout America,” wrote Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh.

“Allowing a biological male athlete to compete on a girls’ team necessarily displaces or disadvantages a female athlete – replacing her on the roster, knocking her out of the starting lineup, reducing her playing time, depriving her of a medal and the like,” he wrote. “That hard reality of sports cannot be ignored or swept under the rug.”

Justice Thomas wrote,

“Gender dysphoria is a mutable mental state that is the object of psychiatric treatment.”

Men and boys with gender dysphoria are not women or girls, even if they believe that they are. Sex is an immutable ‘biological’ characteristic...it is binary.”

“To use language to obscure reality – to show ‘indifference regarding the truth’ – is to lie to the public…”

Australian politicians and courts lie to the public everyday. They enforce compelled speech and refer to males who wish they were women as “she/her/miss” and force others to do the same, threatening punishment if they refuse.

I have been ordered to pay $95,000 in damages to two males in female sport for stating they are male and should not be in female sport.

In the USA and around the world the images and stories of such males have helped turn the tide to protect women’s sport. In Australia we are heavily penalised if we oppose the lie that men can be women.

This ruling is fantastic news. It doesn’t go far enough but it is a great start. Australia is an utter embarrassment on the world stage in this area.

Women’s sport must be for females only. To protect and promote males with sexual fetishes under law at the expense of women is a travesty that must be reversed. And it will be. It is only a matter of time.
