Transgender prison review in Scotland

Transwomen are women – except for when they are not.

It seems that males who pretend to be women get a free pass in most sports, most women’s services and spaces, except for when national leaders are forced to retreat because of their embarrassingly dangerous position.

In Scotland, leader Nicola Sturgeon and her party have aggressively pushed the “transwomen are women” narrative. Their lunacy has been exposed by two rapists who want to be housed in female prisons.

The Scottish Prison Service announced the review following the recent cases of Tiffany Scott, who stalked a 13-year-old girl while she was a man, and Isla Bryson, a transgender woman convicted of rape carried out before she transitioned.

It comes after prison chiefs in Scotland in recent weeks approved moving Tiffany Scott, who stalked a 13-year-old girl while known as Andrew Burns, to an all-female prison.

Last week, Nicola Sturgeon said that Isla Bryson, a transgender woman convicted of rape carried out while she was a man, will not be imprisoned in the all-female Cornton Vale prison in Scotland.

A Scottish Prison Service spokesperson said: "We have commenced an urgent review of all transgender cases currently managed in our establishments.

"Our first concern is always, and remains, the health, safety, and wellbeing of all the people in our care, and that of our staff.

The system apparently includes “very robust risk assessment processes” but they have been shown to fail time and time again.

There are many accounts of males being housed in female prisons simply because they claim to feel like a woman.

It puts women at risk and diminishes the reality of what it is to be a woman.

The public outing has forced a review into the deceptive and dangerous prison policy that accepts the lie that transwomen are women.

Kirralie Smith, spokeswoman for Binary, said the hypocrisy is ludicrous.

“This is what happens when you diminish women by refusing to define the word woman,” she said.

“Men all over the world are now appropriating stereotypes and claiming to be women.

“Nicola Sturgeon and others are caught with their pants down and must face the glaringly obvious facts, men are not – and never can be, women.

“Transwomen are men, and men should never be given free access to vulnerable women’s spaces and services.”
