Tickle’s lawyer argues that sex is changeable
Day 1 of the Giggle v Tickle case in the Federal Court was nothing short of a clown show.
One judge continually denied reality by referring to males as she/her/miss and employed offensive, make-believe language such as “cis-woman” to refer to women.
How can it be a fair hearing when a judge so openly declares her submission to a radical ideology that denies science, rejects facts and ignores reality?
Counsel for Roxy Tickle, Georgina Costello KC, insisted that sex is changeable. Her argument relied on feelings and the appearance sex based stereotypes.
She claimed Justice Bromwich had been correct in finding that sex is changeable.
“A real review of the evidence leads to the easily drawn conclusion that for the purposes of the Sex Discrimination Act, Ms Tickle is a woman, and she was a woman when the appellants excluded her from the Giggle app,” Ms Costello said.
That evidence included her use of the female name Roxanne, her gender reassignment surgery, her hormone treatment, her self- perception, the removal of her facial hair, her identity documents and “her outward expression of female appearance in her clothing and her hair”.
How embarrassing!
What a lot of nonsense to insist, in a court of law that is meant to rely on factual evidence, that employing stereotypes via costumes and drugs magically turns a man into a woman.
No human has ever changed sex. Sex is coded on every single cell in the human body with the reproductive system being geared around the production of large or small gametes. Rewriting history on a piece of paper or claiming you have feelings doesn’t change these facts.
The “law” written by ignorant and wicked men may state a man can be a woman, but reality and the laws of nature will never submit to such nonsense.
Sall Grover’s counsel, Noel Hutley SC, argued that women need sex-based spaces and services and that the law provides special measures for the protection, safety and dignity of women.
Mr Hutley read from the affidavits of several women who had experienced shocking harassment, misogynistic abuse and trolling from men on other online forums but had found sanctuary on the Giggle app.
Some were rape survivors who would only participate in female-only settings, while others were lesbians who said Giggle offered “peaceful, respectful engagement without sexualisation and ideological coercion”.
One Narcotics Anonymous member recounted how female-only NA groups had been eroded by self- identification laws.
“Women now relapse rather than speak in mixed rooms and Giggle created the protective peer-based support structure those meetings once provided,” the woman stated.
What a sad and sorry state of affairs we are in. It is beyond comprehension that women in Australia have to go to court in an attempt to have sex-based rights. We are so out-of-step with reality and the rest of the world it is not funny.
The hearing continues this week with the Human Rights Commission set to argue that lesbians are not merely female and women who have a penis can be lesbians. This is a dystopian nightmare!
