Sex deception is now legal in Queensland

Sex deception is now legal thanks to the Queensland Labor government who has signed into law the ability to rewrite history and attempt to deceive others about your biological sex.

According to news reports, hundreds are rushing to take up the act of denying reality for the sake of their fantasies.

Nearly 250 Queenslanders, including 11 children, have applied to legally change the gender on their birth certificate after changes to the relevant law, the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2023, kicked in on June 24.

These changes removed the requirement for people to undergo sexual reassignment surgery before formally registering a change of gender.

The law also allows for the gender of a child under the age of 16 to be changed through a parental application or by going through the Children's Court.

A birth certificate is a legal document giving legal and official recognition to the person's identified gender in Queensland.

One month after the updated law came into action 247 applications had been filed regarding the changing of genders and 142 have been completed so far.

Unsurprisingly, two thirds of the applications are from males appropriating female sex stereotypes. These men will be able to legally access female sex-based services, sports and spaces despite still being male.

This means more males in female changerooms, rape crisis shelters and counselling services, female prisons, sporting competitions and the ability for them to pursue lawfare if they don’t like hearing the truth that they are male regardless of what a piece of paper says.

No law, no court, no document can change the fact that humans cannot change their sex.
