Senator Malcolm Roberts has pledged commitment to restoring female sex based services, spaces and sport in Australia. We have been calling for the reinstatement of sex based protections into the Sex Discrimination Act and One Nation will be seeking to introduce this as an amendment to the Act.

As it stands the Sex Discrimination Act and Commissioner, Anna Cody, cannot define the term “sex”, “man” or “woman”. It is absurd. 

As a result, people like myself and Sall Grover are being taken to court by males who have more protection under law than we do because they identify as women. We are only in court because they are male. The only reason they can do this is because of the Act.
