The Victorian state government led by Jacinta Allan made a payment to a female prisoner who was sexually assaulted by a violent male inmate who identifies as a woman.

The killer – who was known as Clinton Rintoull at the time of the murder but has since changed names – was moved to the minimum-security Tarrengower female prison after transitioning while serving a 20-year sentence.

Rintoull then sexually assaulted a female inmate in 2022.

And last week, the government settled a secret lawsuit with the victim for an undisclosed amount, with taxpayers footing the bill over Rintoull’s prison attack.

This is the sickening result of lying about humans changing sex. No man can be a woman. Why wouldn’t a violent male criminal sexually assault a woman? 

It must have been a dream come true for him to act out his perverted fantasies at the tax payers expense. 

Why is Jacinta Allan protecting men like this and why is she continually gaslighting voters with the lie men can be women? 

There is something very wrong with a political and judicial system based on lies.

Rintoull was jailed for 20 years in 2009 for the brutal murder of 19-year-old Sudanese refugee Liep Gony, after saying he was “going to take the town back” by killing blacks.

The September 2007 killing was deemed not racially motivated, despite Rintoull spraying racist graffiti in a flat they shared with friends which read “F--k da n---as”.

He was later seen in the street carrying a pole and told a neighbour: “These blacks are turning the town into the Bronx. I am looking to take my town back. I’m going to kill the blacks.”

Mr Gony was bashed by Rintoull and a co-accused, then left for dead in an attack described by former Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Curtain as “vicious, brutal an unprovoked”.

Rintoull was sentenced to a minimum 16-year term and began the sentence in a male prison, before being moved to Tarrengower near Maldon.

The murderer was returned to a male jail – the minimum security Langi Kal Kal prison farm near Ballarat – following the 2022 attack.

And despite the sexual assault, Rintoull was still freed into the community on parole in 2024.

He is not the only male to be housed in a female prison with at least seven others being granted the ability to live out their fetish in prison.

Meanwhile in WA a violent male prisoner has also been housed in a female facility. 

The accused was segregated from the female population because the prospect of a person with a penis housed in an all-female environment was considered too disruptive.

The Corrective Services Minister Paul Papalia said safety was his number one priority.

If that were true why couldn’t the male be housed in a male prison, segregated there if necessary? This violent male criminal is not female and should never be considered female in any way. 

Why are state governments and the judiciary so hell-bent on going along with the lie? Why do they gaslight voters into accepting this ridiculous lie? 

There is no way they really believe a “person with a penis” is female, so why do they maintain this ludicrous and embarrassing position?
