Recently, the Federal Court doubled Sall Grover’s fine to $20,000 – for the crime of trying to build a safe online space for women.

I'm appealing a guilty ‘vilification’ verdict and a $95,000 order in the NSW Supreme Court – for saying men don’t belong in women’s sport.

This is what happens when the Sex Discrimination Act doesn’t do what it was built to do.

But, Nationals MP Alison Penfold has introduced a private member’s bill to fix it – defining male and female in law based on biological sex, and restoring proper protections for women’s spaces.

The Liberals, Nationals and One Nation support it. But Labor, the Greens and the Teals have been atrocious.

You and I know what they’ll try to do: bury the bill before it ever reaches a vote.

We can’t let that happen.
