Hobart City Councillor Louise Elliot has joined the swelling ranks of women being subjected to lawfare in an attempt to silence opposition to gender ideology. Elliot has said nothing hateful or defamatory yet is being investigated by the Tasmanian anti-discrimination Commissioner for hate speech. 

Speaking the truth is not hateful. 

Promoting biological reality is not inciting hatred. 

Advocating for women’s sex-based rights, spaces and services is not hate speech or vilification.

Louise tweeted about the investigation, and like Sall Grover, Senator Claire Chandler and myself, she will not be intimidated by lawfare.

I've been accused of 'inciting hatred' by stating the fact that "transwomen are men" as part of this speech I made at Hobart's #LetWomenSpeak. The Tasmanian Anti-Discrimination Commissioner is investigating. What a world! Facts are hate & must be silenced? I don't think so.
