Federal Court rules against Sall Grover
Sall Grover lost her appeal in the Federal Court of Australia.
Instead of being found guilty of indirect discrimination and being ordered to pay $10,000, three judges doubled the damages to $20,000 and upgraded the decision to direct discrimination.
They claim that Roxy Tickle, a man, is a woman in law if he says he is a woman, despite his chromosomes, appearance, skeletal frame, and reality revealing otherwise. Three federal court judges think it is acceptable to punish women who know and speak the truth. These supposedly educated keepers of the law believe they can defy the laws of nature and uphold nonsensical legislation that harms women.
Justice Melissa Perry, Justice Wendy Abraham and Justice Geoffrey Kennett on Friday ruled Ms Grover’s appeal be dismissed, and Ms Tickle’s cross-appeal be allowed.
Shortly after the judgement was handed down, Ms Grover said she was "absolutely devastated".
“Men who claim to be women have more rights than actual women in Australia,” she said.
“It is women who are being discriminated against, not the men who claim to be us.
“But in a sense, nothing has changed: we will all wake up tomorrow & men will still not be women.”
On Sunday, Sall expanded on the implications, talking with the Outsiders on Sky.
“I think it is an absolutely terrifying decision and a reality for all Australians to be faced with.”
Ms Grover said whether it is a judge or a politician calling a man “she”, it was proof of how “willing they are to lie to you”.
The Giggle for Girls CEO told Sky News the judiciary was “captured by ideology”, and that she could prove it.
“In this decision, it is constantly referring to cisgender and transgender. Those words don't appear in the Sex Discrimination Act,” she said.
“So when the judges say the law made them do this, they are lying. The law did not make them do it. It was a choice. It is the activist-led Australian Human Rights Commission's interpretation of the Sex Discrimination Act that men can be women.
“It is not fact. And for law, which is supposed to like evidence, there is no evidence that men are women.”
Ms Grover demanded that politicians pass legislation that “reflects reality” to protect young girls and women in gendered bathrooms.
“Make the government explain why women and girls cannot have rights. Make them explain why men can be women. Force them to say it. Don't force us to have to do this fight and raise millions and millions of dollars to do your work,” she said.
“What politicians should do is go into parliament and say, we need to have legislation that reflects reality and we need to do it immediately. Make the current government explain why they won't do it.
“If you can't do it then you are incompetent and you shouldn't be there.”
In the written decision the judges indicated it was “gratuitous, disrespectful and unnecessary” to continually refer to Tickle as male. What they fail to note is that he is a male and no Australian should be subject to compelled speech, especially when it is a lie!

They have no concern regarding the hurt to women who have been gaslit, threatened and penalised by the lie a man can be a woman. They may chalk this up as a win for their ideology but it does not change reality one bit. If anything, it has served to wake up even more Australians to the nonsense of the political and judicial system in Australia.
