Dr Jillian Spencer has called on supporters to “save the date” for her next court hearing. 

The senior psychiatrist was suspended then fired from the Queensland Children’s Hospital for questioning the use of harmful drugs such as puberty blockers on vulnerable children.

Save the date: 28 April 2026, Supreme Court of Brisbane. A judicial review of the Termination Letter sent to me by the Queensland Children's Hospital for speaking up about the harm to children from gender interventions: 

1. 1. Did the hospital adequately consider my implied right to freedom of political expression under the constitution
   2. Did the hospital adequately consider my right to freedom of expression under the Human Rights Act.  

In the post Dr Spencer tagged several MP’s such as Tim NichollsMP, David Crisafulli, Jarrod Bleijie, Deb Frecklington and Mark Butler.

Several overseas personalities who advocate for safeguarding children commented they may even come to Australia to support Dr Spencer. Billboard Chris who won his court case against Australia’s eSafety Commissioner was one of them. Dr Spencer made a post to clarify about the court date.

I should explain - this is a one-day hearing related to my employment situation. The really exciting case will be the political discrimination case in mid-2026 (which will run for about two weeks). That’s when we’ll get the gender clinic doctors into the witness box for cross examination. The hospital will have to justify directing me to affirm the gender identities of children. Dr Spencer is one of several women going through court to establish the very important reality of biological sex and the fact humans can’t change sex. Child safeguarding and women’s sex based rights rely upon biological reality. 

Other cases still before the courts include breastfeeding expert Jasmine Sussex who has been accused of vilification for stating men can’t breastfeed, Sall Grover who was found guilty of indirect discrimination for excluding a male from her female only app, and of course my cases of being found guilty of vilification for identifying males in female sport.

It is only a matter of time until facts, evidence based medicine and reality rule supreme again in Australia. Laws that defy the laws of nature cannot be sustained and will eventually be overturned.
