Australian foster children lived with a trans identified killer
Bad laws, laws that defy nature, result in harm for women and children.
No man can be a woman. Yet under Australian law, these men seem to have more protections and opportunities than actual women and children.
Australian media barely report on the atrocious harm and risk to women and children that such laws present. Thankfully, Great Britain News has no such qualms.
A New South Wales Government department was aware since December that the pair had been placed with the murderer - yet took no action until this week.
A member of the public had contacted local radio station 2GB to report that a 12-year-old and 14-year-old were living with 79-year-old Regina Arthurell, formerly known as Reginald Arthurell.
Kate Washington, NSW's Minister for Families and Communities admitted it was a serious failure and issued an apology.
"It should never have happened, and I'm deeply apologetic for what has happened," she said.
Ms Washington described the situation as "entirely unacceptable".
It is entirely unacceptable and completely avoidable except for ridiculous laws that defy reality. This guy is a violent male murderer. He is not any “kind” of woman what-so-ever. For the law to even entertain the notion is farcical. It is a law that results in great risk and harm to women and children.
The triple killer began sharing a home with the foster children after being invited to stay by an elderly woman he met at Westmead Hospital.
The woman's daughter then alerted police after growing concerned for the safety of her mother and the children.
Arthurell was convicted of murdering a former partner in 1995, having beaten her in the back of the head with a piece of wood.
Prior to that killing, Arthurell had already received two manslaughter convictions.
Only politicians can rectify the enormous harm being done. Only politicians can change the laws that allow people to falsely claim they have changed sex. Only politicians can keep men out of female spaces, services and sport.
So far they have seemed reluctant to do so. What will it take? A foster child being murdered by a violent male who wears a dress? I certainly hope not.
