Reality cannot be changed with the stroke of a pen. Yet 766 people in NSW have changed their sex on their birth certificate in the past three months. 

496 men have changed their sex to female and 211 females have changed their gender to male. The remainder claim to be non-binary.

Rewriting facts does not change reality or history. 

People can easily apply to change their sex online with three identity documents, a statutory declaration and a statement of support from another adult who has known the applicant for at least 12 months.

In Victoria, a person can change their recorded sex only once a year.

However, in NSW there are no restrictions on how frequently someone can change their recorded sex.

Males have already been accessing female sport, spaces and services but now it is that much easier to do so. How embarrassing that a government full of so-called educated people are so prepared to enforce a lie. No human can change sex. 

All they have done is don a costume, become drug addicted and maybe have surgery, which is not even a requirement to change the facts on the identity documents. They are appropriating sex stereotypes and gaslighting us all with their deception.
