Victorian Liberal Democrats David Limbrick and Tim Quilty have issued a statement declaring they will not support the radical ‘conversion’ therapy bill.

Stating the obvious, Limbrick said they oppose harmful practices but will not support the bill as it oppresses basic human rights, including freedom of thought, religion and conscience.
