Despite warnings, gender-neutral toilets have been popping up all over the place. Now one has had to close as a girl’s worst nightmare came true after being assaulted by an 18-year-old male student.

A high school in Wisconsin shuttered its inclusive gender-neutral bathroom after an 18-year-old student was arrested for alleged sexual assault of a minor in the space.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office said they arrested 18-year-old Austin Sauer for fourth-degree sexual assault, exposing his genitals, and child enticement at Rhinelander High School last week.

"This was not a random incident, as both students went into the bathroom voluntarily. The male student will no longer be able to be on school grounds, and the gender neutral bathroom is no longer available to students," superintendent Kelli Jacobi said.

Alarmingly, “Capt. Terri Hook said parents had not been notified of the alleged assault because it was an isolated incident between two students, and Sauer had been kicked out of the school.”Binary spokeswoman, Kirralie Smith, said this is a devastating incident.

“This student should never have been placed in a situation where the assault was made possible. Gender neutral bathrooms are inappropriate and unsafe. The poor victim now has to live with the consequences for the rest of her life. Not informing her parents is beyond comprehension!”

“Schools, councils and the government have a responsibility to ensure the safety of students and citizens. Gender neutral toilets are a recipe for disaster. This incident could have been avoided if it weren’t for those who bow down on the pc altar to appease radical activists
