The ACT government website Justice ACT is playing a very messy defensive game after Binary exposed the fact children as young as 12 can now change the historical factual record of their biological gender on their birth certificates.

Scrambling in light of public pressure they released this FAQ to try and put people’s minds at ease.

The result would be hilarious if it wasn’t so serious.
