This is the hard reality: the legal system in Australia has ruled that refusing to call a biological man a woman is “vilification.”

They have rejected biological truth.

They’ve rejected the safety of women and girls in sport and in private spaces.

To be found guilty and then forced to pay damages of $95,000 and ordered to make a public apology isn’t a personal blow, it’s a blow to every parent, grandparent, and ordinary Australian who wants the right to speak the truth without being dragged through a tribunal.

But I’m not going to let this stand.

I’m appealing this ruling because it cannot become the new standard in this country.

This has been a long, stressful journey. But I’m determined to take this all the way and appeal the decision.
