Rachel Levine doesn’t want to be defined by a transgender identity but still wants to be considered a woman

To celebrate Women’s History month, Chelsea Clinton recently interviewed the US Assistant Secretary of Health, Admiral Rachel Levine, for her podcast. Clinton introduced Levine as the first woman appointed as Head of the US Public Health Commissions Corps, the first “female” 4-star admiral to lead that organisation and the first openly transgender Assistant Secretary of Health.
